Lisa offers one on one therapy with adults and adolescents. Individual therapy is also a collaborative process in which you and Lisa work together towards your goal for your mental well-being.

Online Therapy
Lisa also offers therapy online via google meet. Kindly ensure that you have adequate internet connection and a quiet safe space to do therapy online.

Adolescent Therapy
As a teenager, navigating the world around you and the emotions that come with it can be challenging. Adolescent therapy is a tailored psychotherapy approach that aims to understand the unique needs of teenagers and use evidence-based techniques to help them with their struggles, self-confidence and mental health concerns.

Lisa is a counselling psychologist who works from a holistic perspective, understanding that emotional well-being is deeply connected to many aspects of a person’s life—their thoughts, relationships, experiences, and environment.
She has a particular interest in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. Her approach is tailored to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies including:
